mixed feelings about this taj stay
thin spread disengaged staff
the room was acceptably clean and spacious. it had all listed amenities.
the dinner buffet was quite lackluster with a thin spread. the senior staff seemed disengaged, spending more time chatting amongst themselves than attending to guests. i had to wait 15 minutes to confirm my meal plan was inclusive.

satisfactory stay
indian options flute music stale omelette cold omelette
the breakfast had a range of indian and western options. the live sitar and flute music accompaniment was appreciated. i loved the welcome ritual with receiving a bindi and tulsi mala garland. the guys in the first floor terrace bar deserve a special mention.
i ordered an omelette one morning. the omelette was stale and cold. the potato wedges served along with it were stale too. i left the place in disgust without even having my coffee.
